There are so many places to visit along that Cote d’Azur that are in close proximity to Nice, from Monaco, to Saint-Paul de Vence, to Cap Ferrat, it was hard to narrow it down. We finally decided to spend the day visiting the medieval village of Eze, as it seemed to be a favorite amongst locals and travelers. And for good reason, too. Eze is perched atop a cliff overlooking the mediterranean sea and is truly a sight to see if you ever have the chance to visit. We spent the day meandering through the tight alleyways, visiting the boutiques and finding ourselves at the villages highest point in the Jardin Exotique, which is a garden overflowing with succulents and an amazing view of the sea.
