Transitioning your wardrobe between seasons can be tricky. Especially when the calendar says September; yet, it’s still 90 degrees outside. So what do you do? I know transitional outfits has always been tricky for me but I’ve found a few good rules of thumb that have seemed to help me, so I wanted to share. One of the easiest things to do, at least for me, is to add a layer. Instead of just shorts and a t-shirt, throw a cardigan over your shirt. The best pieces to layer with as summer comes to a close are cardigans, jean jackets and utility jackets. Start incorporating more fall colors like warm neutrals or creams instead of whites. Also, change up your shoes — instead of strappy sandals, bring out the mules. Here are few easy examples:
Jean jacket = add over shorts and a fall hued top

Overalls = add a cardigan

Utility jacket = add over white pants and shirt

Cardigan = over t-shirt and shorts

Hope this helps you guys!
